One of my art professors ( Rupert Garcia) has a piece (1975, 2002 (Frida Kahlo), detail, 2002) on the cover ofARTnews magazine this month! It is cool to think "I know this person" ! Go buy a copy!
That's so cool! I've always enjoyed seeing my art teachers' work in the public! I guess it is kind of like if a science professor got an essay published, but way way way WAY more cool than that.
