Fiesole

My Italian language teacher lives in Fiesole which is about a twenty minute bus ride from Florence. Yesterday we went to visit this town instead of sitting in a classroom. Our teacher showed us a beautiful church, an ancient roman theater and we hiked up to the spot were Leonardo Da vinci tested out his flying machine.(with his assistant opperating it of course- and who crashed and died after a 200 meters of flight- good thing it wasn't Leonardo) We had lunch in a small public park and it was gorgious.
