Because of health purposes I want to try and eat in more of a vegan fashion. I just want to avoid egg(yolk specifically) cheese and butter. Since I am already a vegetarian there really isn't another way to go but vegan. I mostly want to focus on the baked goods side of it and maybe some dinner options. I have found some pretty cool blogs if you are interested.
