I went out to my car this afternoon and I found that someone had trapped my car in with ours and our neighbor's garbage cans. And one of the cans in the back smashed in my left tail light.I think it was my neighbor's tenant, but who knows it could have been anybody. But my big question is- Who Would Do This!? What is our world coming to??? It is just so mean spirited.
