I went swimming/ boogy boarding in the ocean today! It was invigorating. I have forgotten how salty the ocean really is - and how cold it is! I did have a wet suit on, but still it was chilly. I hope to do it a lot more this summer! I went with a friend from work- Florence, and she goes often. We went to "my beach" Rio Del Mar, near Aptos.
