I have not been baking or cooking anything special lately, mostly because I got a little tired of it over the Christmas season. So when at home, I go for easy fast and kinda healthy.
Fruit Smoothies are what I am into now.
I blend together:
-Greek style Nonfat plain yogurt
-Frozen blueberries
-Frozen strawberries
-One half or whole Banana
-Juice from one Orange (preferably one from the backyard of a certain house in Yuba City)
-A splash of Soy milk
And there you go! Easy and you can add and obit anything really!

Boy, I'm going to have to get into making a healthy drink in the morning now. Too much rich food for the last week. Not EVEN going to weigh myself!
