I opened today... blach. But, I was off by 9:45, which gave be lots of time to do other things. I cleaned up my backyard, which had a thick blanket of pine needles from the huge trees that tower above my cottage. While I was raking I discovered that my tulips are beginning to break the surface, they are so cute! I'll try and post a picture of them tomorrow. There was one casualty to one of the bulbs- death by squirrel. It all looks nice and neat now but tomorrow another storm is coming in. I also got to go to the scrapbook store and I took a long walk along the trail.
